However, to participate in Boarding to Rescue Services, apply to adopt and/or foster a dog, schedule an appointment to visit our facilities, or apply to volunteer, you will be required to provide us with certain Personal Information such as your name, email address, any other information you may submit to us directly.

We encourage you to review their policies to understand how your information is handled. Coastal K9 is not responsible for the practices of these third-party platforms. Your trust is important to us, and we work only with reputable partners to support our mission.
Legal Obligations & Security
We will disclose your Personal Information: (i) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena, warrant or other judicial or administrative order (as further explained below); (ii) to protect the safety of any person; (iii) to protect the safety or security of our Website or to prevent spam, abuse, or other malicious activity of actors on our Website; or (iv) to protect our rights or property or the rights or property of those who use our Website and/or services.

You may receive messages from us regarding events, fundraisers, activities at the Ranch and about our dogs, as well as adoption and fostering opportunities, if you are on our emailing list or subscribe to our social media pages. If you are a Boarding to Rescue client, you will receive text messages from us on pick up and drop off days, as well as daily updates about your dog(s) while the dog(s) are boarding with us. For marketing communications, we will allow you to opt out of future communications that we send at any time by clicking the “Opt Out” or “Unsubscribe” link in the email or replying to any email you receive with a message that reads “Opt Out” in the subject line. Note that opting out of one email list may not opt you out of every email list and you should confirm the specific list you are opting out of when making your selection.
Links to Other Websites
Our Website may link to websites or subdomains maintained by outside organizations, like Amazon, Paypal, Venmo, Petstablisehd, Wagtopia, Donor Perfect, Give Cloud, Meta, Instagram, X, and/or Gingr. We are not responsible for the content or policies maintained by these websites or subdomains.
